Ms. Kline is serving within the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Energy, Installations and Environment responsible as the Director for Installation Resilience for over $400 billion in real property assets. Responsibilities include develop of the SECNAV energy, water, climate and control system cybersecurity resilience strategies. She previously served as the Deputy Director for the Department of Navy’s $3.6 billion dollar Military Construction Program and has been a Navy Chief Information Officer, an e-Business Director and a Logistics Program Manager for the F-14 aircraft.
