Corporate Energy Manager
Bhaskar Dusi earned a Masters in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur, India. He has over 30 years of experience in Cement Technology and Energy Management. Mr. Dusi is presently the US Operations Corporate Energy Manager for CEMEX, a multinational and world’s largest cement and aggregate products manufacturer. Prior to joining CEMEX, he worked in several governmental and private industries under various capacities. Mr. Dusi has vast experience in cement industry in the areas of energy and process audits, process optimization, techno-economic feasibility evaluations, and commissioning of new equipment and plants.
Mr. Dusi initiated corporate Energy Management Program in CEMEX US Operations under ENERGY STAR Energy Management guidelines and is responsible for the implementation of the same across the company. He is an active member of the ENERGY STAR Cement Focus industrial group and Co- Chair for Energy Subcommittee of the Portland Cement Association (PCA) Energy & Environmental Committee. He has published various articles in National and International journals.
