Eric Yang is a development leader in Energy System Group.  He has over 15 years of experience as an energy and mechanical engineer and specializes in data center solutions, advanced energy analysis, modeling, energy audits, smart control technologies, HVAC innovation, and geothermal system design. He has led over $200 million of energy performance projects for federal, higher education, and healthcare clients. He has overseen the development of large central plant projects, combined heat and power projects, geothermal projects, and control upgrades at facilities.

As a CEM since 2007, he is currently serving as a board Member for the National Capital Chapter of the Association of Energy Engineers; he is also the program chair of ASHRAE TC 7.5 Smart Building Systems and the research subcommittee chair of TC 7.6 Building Energy Performance.
